The Dividend's drop point plain edge blade is made from corrosion-resistant Bohler N690 on the upper portion for hardness, while the cutting edge is D2 steel for wear resistance, toughness, and edge retention. The bead-blasted blade finish completes the look.

The handle is crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum, providing lightweight strength and a machined, textured surface for a secure grip. The olive anodized finish adds to the knife's visual appeal. The Dividend also features a 4-position pocketclip for right/left, tip-up/down deep carry.
